We reach everyone from 1st time renters, college students, management personnel, executive personnel, transferees, relocation companies, etc.

Our services provide to our client(s) (landlords/owner) a direct way of marketing and securing a qualified tenant over the shortest time possible along with keeping your time and expenses to a minimum.

Upon securing our services we will do all the marketing, showing, screening (detailed application process) as well as provide the completed lease documents for your rental property. We do not manage property (directly) allowing us to keep our fees to a minimum and avoid any annual or monthly fees or charges. Also, as a landlord/owner you will not have to pay any annual commissions when tenant(s) renew for additional lease terms. All our fees are one time for placement of a Tenant and no fee is charged until a Tenant has been secured.

Also, we will view your property prior to making any commitments on your behalf. This conciliation will assist in determining the value of your rental property as well as help us in identifying the property features etc for marketing purposes. Please note a viewing of the rental property is required prior to any marketing or agreements being made.
